Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Children's Health / Pediatrics Clinic

At U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan's Pediatrics Clinic, we provide well visits and treatment of childhood illnesses and other conditions on an outpatient basis, for those 18 years old and younger. Limited inpatient care is provided at the hospital. Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) services are not available. Outpatient services include well visits and acute visits. Limited virtual appointments are also available dependent on local Health Protection Condition (HPCON) posture.

Note: We recommend only bringing the child who has the pediatric appointment to minimize exposure to contagious diseases.
