New Prescription Procedure (during COVID-19 Posture):
  1. Provider enters a new prescription for a patient
  2. Patient is advised to call ahead using 098-971-9355 (or 646-WELL) option 7, option 2, to initiate prescription processing
  3. Patient will provide a cell phone number to pharmacy staff for notification of prescription completion
  4. Once the prescription is filled and verified, Pharmacy staff will notify the patient via text message
  5. Patient will then have up to 10 days to report to the Pharmacy at the hospital to pick up the prescription
Automated Refill Line Procedure:
  • Patients are highly encouraged to use the Pharmacy Automated Refill line by calling 098-971-9355 (or 646-WELL), option 7, option 1
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for refill to be processed
  • Once filled, patient will have up to 10 days to pick up the filled prescription
  • NOTE: Patient will not receive text message notification for refills, only for new prescriptions
