The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit

New Remote Prescription Activation

  1. Provider enters a new or renewal prescription for a patient
  2. Patient activates prescription using the link or in person: https://cxmlink.com/MTF1974
  3. Please choose ScriptCenter and allow 24hrs for processing. The ScriptCenter kiosk located in the pharmacy waiting area on the first floor of the hospital and is available 24/7 for medication pick-up (including refrigerated medications).
  4. NOTE: Pharmacy does not fill new or renewal medications until the patient (or patient representative) activates the prescription

Automated Refill Line Procedure

  • Patients are highly encouraged to use the Pharmacy Automated Refill line by calling 098-971-9355 (or DSN 646-WELL), Option 7, Option 1
  • Please allow 24hrs for refills to be processed.  Medications will be available for pick-up from the 24/7 ScriptCenter kiosk
  • Once filled, patient will have up to 10 days to pick up the filled prescription
  • NOTE: Patient will not receive text message notifications

Submit Refill Requests on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

  • From the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, select the RX Refills tab
  • Check the box of each medication for refill
  • Verify Pick Up Location and Submit
