New Prescription Procedure:
  1. Provider enters a new prescription for a patient
  2. Patient is advised to pull a ticket in the pharmacy lobby to speak with a pharmacy representative.
  3. NOTE: Pharmacy does not fill new medications until the patient (or patient representative) speaks to a pharmacy representative.
Automated Refill Line Procedure:
  • Patients are highly encouraged to use the Pharmacy Automated Refill line by calling 098-971-9355 (or 646-WELL), option 7, option 1.
  • Please allow one business days for refills to be processed.  
  • NOTE: Prescriptions requested for pickup at the hospital will be placed in the Script Center kiosk (located in the pharmacy waiting area on the first floor of the hospital)
  • Once filled, patient will have up to 14 days to pick up the filled prescription.
  • NOTE: Patient will not receive text message notifications
Submit Refill Requests Through MHS Genesis Patient Portal Procedure:
  • From the MHS Genesis patient portal (DS Logon - DMDC (, select the RX Refills tab.
  • Check the box of each medication for refill.
  • Verify Pick Up Location and Submit.
