Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Armed Services Blood Bank Center

The U.S. Pacific Command Armed Services Blood Bank Center is the premier source of FDA-licensed blood products for the INDOPACOM area of responsiblity. We provide quality customer service to our volunteer donors in support of eight military treatment facilities, military exercises, US Navy ships, and special missions.

Services offered in-house: whole blood donation, platelet donation, and therapeutic phlebotomy on request.
